Welcome to the clarity studio

For years, I built a life inside high-pressure, high-creativity worlds — from Vogue to Hollywood — where instinct, intelligence, and speed were my superpowers. I excelled in environments that demanded sharp thinking and constant reinvention, and for a long time, I believed that was simply who I was. But as my life expanded — children, logistics, responsibilities, the invisible weight of being the emotional center of a family — something shifted. The clarity I’d always relied on began slipping. Tasks that once felt effortless became overwhelming. And at age 50, I received a diagnosis that explained everything: ADHD, inattentive subtype.

That moment didn’t just make sense of me; it made sense of my entire history. It illuminated why I’d walked away from dream jobs “because of ethics,” why certain relationships that once fit beautifully no longer did, and why my gifted brother had struggled under the weight of looping, anxiety, and the relentless need to self-regulate without support. It showed me that the bright, capable, creative women I loved — the ones who always seemed to hold everything together — were often quietly battling the same internal storms. The diagnosis wasn’t limiting; it was liberating. It showed me a new way to understand myself, my family, and the invisible patterns that shape our lives.

I built The Clarity Studio because I want other high-capacity women to experience that same sense of awakening — the moment when everything clicks and life stops feeling so hard. Here, I help women who are brilliant, intuitive, quick-thinking, and deeply thoughtful… yet overwhelmed by spirals, loops, logistics, and a nervous system that’s been running on grit for decades. I teach tools for clarity, validation, emotional regulation, and “competence with things you hate,” along with strategic guidance for women ready to start the businesses they’ve dreamed of. If my story feels familiar — if something in you whispers, This is me — then I’d love to meet you. You’re not too much. You’re not behind. You’re simply ready for clarity.
